Payment Methods and Shipping Costs

1. Payment Methods

1.1 For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment methods, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

• PayPal / PayPal Express

• Klarna Pay Later

• Klarna Instant Bank Transfer

1.2 For deliveries outside Germany, we offer the following payment methods, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

• PayPal / PayPal Express

2. Delivery

2.1 Your order will be shipped via DHL.

2.2 We ship throughout Europe.

2.3 Delivery time within Germany is approximately 2–3 business days and approximately 4–7 business days within Europe.

For the applicable shipping costs, please refer to sections 3.1 and 3.2 below.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipping is free for orders of €35.00 or more within Europe, excluding Switzerland. For orders with a value of up to €34.99, shipping costs are €3.80 for deliveries within Germany and €5.95 for deliveries to EU countries.

3.2 Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges, such as customs duties. Any such taxes and/or charges are to be borne by you.
